Internet and TV Bill Credit
Over the last couple of days, many customers experienced less than reliable TV and Internet-service. Routine network maintenance was performed overnight on Tuesday. After carefully reviewing our maintenance plan, our equipment vendor assured us the work plan would have little to no impact on customers, however this proved not to be the case.

We have returned Internet services to their previous operating capacity and the equipment provider is now performing further testing to determine what the fault was in their equipment that produced these unanticipated negative results.

That same night, we also experienced an unrelated and unexpected TV-service issue, causing a loss of signal to all fiber-TV customers. Our techs worked through two nights, troubleshooting, and testing until the cause was found and have now resolved most of the TV-related issues.

We share your frustration for this temporary service interruption and are taking steps to prevent it in the future. Because we value reliability so much, we'll be issuing a bill credit to all fiber communications customers.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as well as your ongoing support as a customer of our communications services. Know that we will continue to diligently work behind the scenes to fix issues as quickly as possible.
Having trouble paying your utility bills due to COVID-19 impacts?  Gov. Kim Reynolds launched a new, limited fund, program that provides eligible households up to $2,000 for electric, natural gas, and water bills.  If you're at risk of disconnect due to COVID-related loss of income, we encourage you to check out the Iowa Finance Authority's website with more information.  Application deadline is November 20, 2020 or until their funding is depleted.
