Desktop support is a feature from the MP&W HelpDesk that allows a technician to remotely and securely view a customer’s computer screen to aid in troubleshooting MP&W communication services such as email set-up. To use this feature, please contact the HelpDesk at 563-263-2631, option 2 for troubleshooting and to obtain the necessary 6-digit code. The HelpDesk is available 365 days/year from 6am to midnight.
