How to Register and Pay Your MPW Bill Online
Using the online bill pay system is easy and provides safe and convenient options to pay your bill now and in the future.
To register to pay your bill online, powered by Invoice Cloud, have your MPW bill readily available and follow these steps:
- Go to www.invoicecloud.com/mpw
- Click on the Register Now button
- Enter your account number and the Name as it appears on your bill, then enter the secure code.
- Click on Search Invoices
- Check mark any invoice under Select, then click on Register Selected Invoices. This allows you to save payment information that securely encrypted and/or auto-pay options.
- Fill out the account number, email address, create a password and enter the secure code, then click on Complete Registration.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email with confirmation of your registration and each month when a new bill generates. In the monthly email you receive stating you have a new bill, you’ll be able to click on a link taking you directly to the online pay system. You can also access your bills via our website by going to https://mpw.org/pay-my-mpw-bill/ and login to the online pay system.
To pay your bills:
- If you’ve completed the above steps, go to www.invoicecloud.com/mpw and sign in.
- Click Pay my invoices.
- Select an invoice (bill) under “Select” then click the Pay Selected button.
- Select Pay Today or Schedule a Payment.
- From the drop-down menu under How would you like to pay?, select an option.
- Select Pay Full Invoice or Pay Other Amount, then click Continue to Payment Information.
- Click on the Process Payment button.
To set-up automatic payments:
- If you’ve competed the steps to register, go to www.invoicecloud.com/mpw and sign in.
- Click on the drop-down for My Profile and select Payment Methods to enter how you’d like to set up autopayments to be paid.
- Click on Add New Credit Card, or Add New Bank.
- Add your payment information exactly as it appears on your bank statement or credit card. You may select the Default payment in the payment setup screen if you’d like your payment option to populate this information when you set up autopay. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
- From the Saved Payment Methods screen, click on “…You may setup AutoPay by clicking here.”
- Click “New AutoPay Setup”.
- You’ll be redirected to the New AutoPay Setup screen where you can select “Yes, put me on AutoPay” above the Save this AutoPay setup button.
- Once you’ve selected “Yes”, click Save this AutoPay Setup, click Save this AutoPay setup button.
- Check your email for a confirmation email from Muscatine Power and Water where you’ll need to click Complete Registration at the top of that email to start your AutoPay.
If you’ve paid with a bank or credit card information previously and have already registered, please take the following steps to set up AutoPay:
- Click on Manage my AutoPay under “I want to…”, or you may click on AutoPay under Services on the right.
- Click on New AutoPay setup.
- Select the Account you’d like to set up autopay for in the drop-down menu, then select Invoice Type (MPW Bill should already be selected), select the payment method you’d like to use with AutoPay.
- Click “Yes, put me on AutoPay” under AutoPay Status.
- Click Save this AutoPay Setup.
- Check your email for a confirmation email from Muscatine Power and Water where you’ll need to click Complete Registration at the top of that email to start your AutoPay.
