After submitting your payment, you’ll see a payment confirmation screen with a payment confirmation message. It will show an approved number for credit cards or a processed number for electronic check similar to the one shown below.
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your transaction is submitted. The email will include your account number, invoice number, amount paid, and confirmation message. If Muscatine Power and Water is unable to process your payment, you’ll receive an email informing you of the rejected payment. You may need to call Muscatine Power and Water in order to pay again if your payment was rejected.
