Delivery Guidelines
Items shipped must have the Purchase Order number on the packing slip, shipping documents, and invoices to allow for expedient handling. Before or after hour deliveries, without approval, may be refused. Shipments must be delivered to the location stated on the Purchase Order. Shipments delivered to an incorrect location may be refused or re-routed at vendor's expense.
Freight and Shipping Conditions
Parcel Shipments All parcel shipments should be UPS Ground unless specified otherwise on the Purchase Order. Shipments must be FOB Destination.
LTL & Truck Load Shipments
When MP&W is responsible for freight charges, MP&W will designate the carrier to be used on Purchase Order. Bill of lading should be marked Collect and FOB Destination.
