Economic Development through Energy Efficient Technologies
MP&W’s extensive energy efficiency program, Energize Muscatine Energy, promotes economic development in the community through the use of energy-efficient technologies. It is partially funded by a grant from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.

Free business and residential energy inspections and money-saving rebate programs are available for our customers. We offer several programs to help young people learn more about energy production and environmental responsibility.

An advisory board including local homeowners, business owners, and MP&W employees oversees the Energize Muscatine program. These partners help promote energy efficiency products and programs.
