If you wish to send us your meter readings, please fill in the following form. Fill in either an Electric reading, Water reading, or both. Instructions for reading meters are located at the bottom of this page.

Muscatine Power and Water (MP&W) allows customers to record their electric and water meter readings through our online system. This will ensure added convenience by avoiding the hassle of being home for monthly meter reading visits and trying to remember to send in your meter reading card.
