1 Requires monthly rental of an HD/DVR or HD Box for each television that will receive HD programming. In order to receive premium network HD programming, you must subscribe to the premium suite associated with the HD premium network.
2 All standard service subscribers must sign up for Basic service to receive Select service, and must subscribe to Select to receive Preferred Service and above.
3 A Standard, HD, or HD/DVR Box is required for Music Choice, the interactive on-screen guide, On Demand, Pay Per View, the Spanish package of channels, and premium networks. A Digital Adapter, Standard, HD, or HD/DVR Box is required for each television that will receive any digital channels.
4 Requires subscription to Preferred level of service. NFL RedZone and NFL RedZone HD are available for an additional fee and only are available on Sundays during the NFL season. A Standard, HD, or HD/DVR Box is required for each television that will receive NFL RedZone. The subscription to NFL RedZone will renew automatically at the beginning of each NFL season.5 Must subscribe to any MPW Digital TV digital service. A Standard, HD, or HD/DVR Box is required for each television that will receive On Demand services. In order to receive HBO On Demand and/or Starz On Demand, you must subscribe to either the HBO and/or Starz premium service.
