MP&W is governed by a five-member Board. The Board of Water, Electric and Communications Trustees is appointed by the Mayor of Muscatine and ratified by the City Council. Public Board meetings are held the last Tuesday of every month at MP&W's Administration/Operations Center, 3205 Cedar Street, Muscatine, IA 52761.
